1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Quick Lotto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. Lottery Game Rules

4.1 Ticket Purchase

All ticket orders generated through this interface are subject to validation. A "Ticket" is defined as a valid entry recorded in our central computer system. The visual representation on your screen is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a valid receipt until the transaction is confirmed by our servers.

4.2 Quick Pick and Manual Selection

Players may select numbers manually or use the "Quick Pick" feature, which utilizes a random number generator (RNG) to select numbers. Quick Lotto makes no representation that numbers selected via Quick Pick have a higher or lower probability of winning than manually selected numbers.

4.3 Draw Procedures

Draws are conducted every Friday. The winning numbers are determined by a certified ball-drop machine or an audited RNG system. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers displayed on this Website and the official winning numbers recorded by the independent audit firm, the official winning numbers shall prevail.

5. Prizes and Claims

5.1 Prize Validation

All prize claims are subject to validation by Quick Lotto. A ticket is a bearer instrument. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. To claim a prize, the claimant must possess a valid winning ticket and meet all eligibility requirements.

5.2 Prize Payment

Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be redistributed to the prize pool or used for player promotions, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Prizes up to $1,000 will be credited to the user's account.
• Prizes over $1,000 require a physical claim form and identity verification.
• Jackpot prizes may be paid as a lump sum or annuity, depending on the specific game rules.

5.3 Taxes

Lottery winnings are generally not taxable in Canada. However, you are solely responsible for any tax liability incurred in your jurisdiction of residence or citizenship outside of standard Canadian tax laws.
